Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of BKoached ("BKoached", "we", "us"), operated by Baller Knowledge UK LTD, a company registered in Scotland under company number SC883998, with its registered office in Glasgow, United Kingdom.

By creating an account or otherwise using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use BKoached.
You agree to provide accurate information about your health, training history, lifestyle and goals so we can generate a programme that fits.
You're responsible for keeping your password secure. Tell us immediately at hello@ballerknowledge.co.uk if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
You may close your account at any time from the Account page.

2. Health disclaimer

BKoached generates training programmes, nutrition targets and recovery recommendations using artificial intelligence based on the profile you provide. This is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical, dietary or psychological care.

You should consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new exercise programme, particularly if you have an existing injury, chronic condition, pregnancy, eating disorder or any concern about your fitness to train. You train at your own risk.

If something BKoached recommends doesn't feel right for your body, stop and seek qualified advice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our prompts, models or training data.
Use BKoached to harass, defame, harm or impersonate other users.
Resell, share or sublicense your account.
Submit content that you don't have the right to submit.

4. Intellectual property

The BKoached app, its design, copy, training logic, code and brand are owned by Baller Knowledge UK LTD or licensed to it. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use BKoached for your own training.

The training programme generated for you is yours to use personally. We retain rights over the underlying programming methodology and the AI system that produced it.

5. Payments and subscriptions

BKoached is launching with a founder offer: the first 100 members get full access free for their first 6 months. No payment card is required to sign up, and no one is charged without first being told.

After the founder period, BKoached is £10 per month. Pricing will always be made clear before any charge applies, and these Terms will be updated to reflect full billing, refund and cancellation provisions before any billing begins. One-to-one human coaching may be offered as a separate paid add-on in the future.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

BKoached is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any direct loss is limited to the greater of £50 or the fees paid by you in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use BKoached in a way that puts other users, the platform or your own health at risk. We'll give you reasonable notice unless circumstances make immediate suspension necessary.

On termination, your data is removed according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be flagged to you in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect, so you have time to review and, if you don't agree, close your account.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
